So.. i want to talk a little bit about breathing..about meditation.. Till now we believe, we think about meditation. Meditation is a very common word these days.Everybody talks about meditation. Anybody can write a book about meditation. It has been always talked and thought and experiment on meditation.It is not only now, it is centuries before.But specially in this age..more or less between these 10 years .. it has told so much. But what is told so much is basically technique. Meditation is not coming through the technique. Meditation is coming through your awareness, through your sensitivity.

So what it is for me more important is: how to be more sensitive. When you will be more and more sensitiv you will be aware what is happening in you. Just thinking and talking does'nt do anything. Instead of helping it will create more a confusion. So when i'm going to talk about meditation you say: ah i know it, i red so many books, i have gone to so many masters, i have done this and that..but not anyone of them may have experienced about meditation.

So first of all we have to be a little bit more alert, we have to have a little bit more common sense:what is the meditation? I will tell you my experience what is meditation.. and what i'm trying to share with you.. meditation for me is not a technique..of course there are certain techniques we need to do it bcs we are not used to sit relaxed..we are not used just to be there ..so techniques are small tools but if u are not in meditation u cannot give any experience of meditation to anybody. So talking and talking about meditation ..nothing helps.

But to be in meditation will transform your energy..transform your whole inner psyche.. So...here in this whole week we are becoming a w a r e ..you are here to experience what is happening.. This ‚what is happening' is a one word..a one simple phenomena: that is the f l o w.. the flow is the experience.. it is not just thinking..you can feel it now.. the only thing what i'm trying to create inside of you is: how to bring this flow as deep as possible.. i'm always looking, what is happening in me.. this flow.. how to bring it inside of you also so that you start to taste it..that you start to experience it.. very simple the flow if it happens to your body your body start to heal it.. if the flow start happening in your emotions your emotions start coming back to their nature.. when it happens in your being you reach the home.. you reach your destination where you always looking.. either conciously either unconciously either knowingly either unknowingly..what we are looking always is: where is the life, where is the space where we feel the immortality? where is your very center? In this center when the flow starts happening that's the day of your freedom.. freedom of life and freedom of your death.. discovering this you know you are here..you will be here.. all those who became enlightened those masters their very flow is here..they are here.. and how to know this? It's your sensitivity.. only through your sensitivity you will become aware this subtle and subtle and subtle and subtle..The day comes when u are absolutely clear that there are no thoughts, there is not any feeling..you become pure space.. your inner eye, your inner sense start to open by itself..

So i have been always looking how to give you support how to give you a help, a way, so that your sense also comes closer and closer.. so many years we did the defocusing which is still a beautiful technique which we enjoyed a lot..i dont know how much you have done it but it is a very very beautiful technique.. so..this year i like to give you one more phenomena which i have been practising, looking and experimenting for a while.. that is: to learn how to breath. It sounds very simple how to breath everybody knows..we are breathing, without breathing you have just gone..(...) we need to understand why i'm saying to you: learn how to breath.. Just breathing does'nt mean you know everything.. breathing is a door (to the inside).. now you need to know how to enter inside.. breathing is your very nature.. you are breathing all the time but still you are not aware of it.. and even you are aware of it it is a very mental.. your mind starts to observe your breathing.. you don't allow your body to relax.. that is where the secret is..and the mystery is you need to be with somebody who has found the mystery, this is the only door you can smell it.. you can touch it and soon it will be yours.. So i hope if u allow to breath together with me one week is enough to give you a transformation.. So..what we are doing here :we learn how to breath.. learning to breath means you become aware that your body is breathing.. you just be aware.. you look to yourself..this is a different dimension of defocusing.. you remember in defocusing what we do? we look to ourselves.. now you are not only looking to yourself but u start to come to your breath and allow your breath to go in and out.. you become a companion .. you become a beloved.. you become just a friend and go with the breath wherever it wants to go.. if your mind says:no.. let me go a little bit more..there is it where you miss the link.. this is what is happening up to now bcs we w a n t to show how much we can breath.. so..there is always a subtle domination.. your mind dominates the body and forces it to do the things and your body becomes more and more crippled.. the mystery...the secret is: you give a support and your body is breathing deeper and deeper and you are just able to watch.. when you are doing it the flow is coming back..that is the secret. Whatever you do if the flow is coming back..for me that is the right..that u are doing absolutely right.. the flow is the answer.. anything what we are doing in our life rightly that is harmony.. harmony means flow..

So..when you are able to breath some flow starts to come in your body and the door starts to open more and more inside.. and here it is the most easy because you are not alone we are a part of alltogether..we just learn and be and the breath will come to its more and more deeper level..so..normally we breath only 30-40% and when you are more and more outside you are breathing only 10%..we are never ever able to breath 100%..what is possible..your breath is very short..your breath is forced..your body is struggeling to breath.. But a possibility comes: your breath becomes your music, your breath becomes so soft, so easy, so much balanced.. When we are in meditation breath becomes almost invisible.. in this very moment you will enter into the mystery.. that is what meditation is.. meditation for me is a mystery.. a flow.. if the flow is happening your meditation is going to deeper and deeper level.. and one day your breath is a part of it..a music.. and this very phenomena is not something to have to go somewhere, climb the mountains or do anything,then only it happens..no..anywhere your breath is with you..while you are eating the breath is there..while you are walking the breath is there..while you are sleeping your breath is there..you just know to learn to be with it.. So..this whole week we live with the breath..does'nt matter what you do.. i have something to share with you which i have been sharing since long time.. but this year i have much more..and this sharing is going to happen all the time..it is not only in this meditationhall..we meet outside: also we are sharing .. just one thing:you don't forget to watch your breath... the flow..it is there and you have to come to the point that even you go far away this flow should remain the same..then you found the secret.. that has to happen..then your meditation is a spontaneous phenomena..
